How do I use the restaurant?

Restaurant is on the first floor, breakfast is served from 7:00 and dinner is served from 18: 00-.
Those who wish to have dinner, please inquire at reception desk by 11:00 on the day.

Can I eat out?

Yes. Several restaurants are located around the hotel.
When you go out at night, please bring your room key yourself.

How do you store valuables?

Please keep your valuables at the reception during your stay.

Can I get travel information and map about Hakuba?

The lobby has an English / Japanese map and an Essential guide.
Alternatively, please use the free internet PC (high speed) which is provided in the lobby.

What other services are available?

BF has a play room, high definition TV, DVD, CD player, movie software, English books etc are prepared.
The next room has an automatic washing machine / dryer.
If you want to drink soft drinks and beer at night etc, there is a vending machine on the 3rd floor.
The lobby has English / Japanese newspapers.
Stamps and postcards are sold at the front desk.

When I check out, can I send my luggage to the airport etc?

Yes. Please contact the front desk at least 2 days in advance for delivery to Narita International Airport and Chubu International Airport.
